Description: Tabla independiente Area_Total_UER del mapa Cob_Region_100k_Map (Mapa Coberturas de la tierra 100K). Publica, sin geometría, el área total de referencia de cada Unidad Espacial de Referencia (UER) —región Amazonia colombiana, departamentos, municipios y Corporaciones Autónomas Regionales (CAR)— y su desagregación por contexto de paisaje y de estado legal del territorio. Esta área es independiente del área monitoreada por SIMCOBA, que procede de las coberturas y se publica en la tabla Tabla_Coberturas. Se genera mediante la Query Layer de área total UER contextual (QL_100K_AREA_TOTAL_UER_CONTEXTO_FINAL, versión V3_CORREGIDA_V2) a partir de las fuentes territoriales oficiales: e2_modfun_pub.dlim2025 para la región, e1a_geodata_am_pub.cdep2025_area_total para los departamentos, e1a_geodata_am_pub.cmun2025_area_total_wm para los municipios y e2_modfun_pub.ccar2025_area_total para las CAR. El contexto de paisaje y estado legal se calcula sobre la cobertura histórica de referencia del corte 2002 (e2_modfun_pub.ccobhis_car_dep_mun_elt_pai_wm), con las equivalencias de paisaje y estado legal tomadas de e4_indicadores.tmapb_consolidado (LEFT JOIN). La consulta define el catálogo de los nueve cortes (UNION ALL), construye el universo de UER por nivel (GROUP BY y UNION ALL), expande cada polígono de referencia a sus UER y a las opciones de total de paisaje y estado legal (CROSS JOIN LATERAL con VALUES), agrega el área contextual (SUM), combina cortes, UER y contextos (CROSS JOIN, INNER JOIN y LEFT JOIN), limita el área contextual al área oficial de la UER (LEAST), genera una llave MD5 por registro, numera los registros con ROW_NUMBER() OVER y conserva solo los registros con área mayor que cero. Grano: un registro por corte, nivel UER, UER, paisaje y estado legal. Las áreas provienen de los atributos de área de las fuentes, sin recálculo geométrico. No contiene geometría. Diccionario de datos: objectid (Entero): Identificador único del registro, numerado por periodo, nivel, UER y contexto.
